Bright and airy one-bedroom apartment. It's a top floor unit in a classic LA Spanish-style building in the heart of Los Feliz, one of LA's rare walkable neighborhoods.
It's near the intersection of Franklin and Vermont, so within a few short blocks of cafes, restaurants, various retail, a bookstore, a movie theater, yoga and pilates studios, grocery stores, the Metro, and only a 15-minute walk into the mountains of Griffith Park!
The apartment has a queen-size Tempur-pedic bed, an office nook that faces a small balcony, and washer/dryer. Fully furnished (aesthetic is eclectic vintage), very clean, hardwood floors, tile floors in kitchen and bathroom.
The building has a few steps leading up to the entrance and, once inside, one set of stairs leading up to the apartment.
Seeking quiet, mature, responsible subletter. I have a few plants that will need watering once/week during the stay.
