For sublease is a 1 bed / 1 bath apartment plus studio/office in Clinton Hill on the Bed-Stuy border. It’s a 5 minute walk from the Classon G stop. The apartment is appointed with nice furniture, and is a very comfortable place to stay in Brooklyn!
The images are a bit dated, and show my former queen sized bed. The bedroom and living room both have two large windows.
I have availability for several dates this summer.

July 4 to July 7
July 19 to July 24
