This has been my home for the last five years and I will be out of town for the month of June, with some flexibility on exact dates over end of May and early July.

The apartment is on the second floor of a pre-war, 8-unit walk-up building, including stair access to the rooftop with spectacular city and sunset views.

You’ll have the place to yourself, I will leave it spotless and make room for you in the closet/other spaces.

Located a six minute walk in either direction from the Morgan and Jefferson L train stops, very close to all the amazing arts culture and nightlife of Bushwick, as well as grocery stores, laundromats, and the biggest and best thrift/vintage store in the city.

Window AC units, WiFi, all utilities included. Bedroom is at the back off the street and very quiet almost every night.

Please be clean and respectful of my space and belongings, as well as our neighbors, and treat it like your own home. Available for one person or a couple, but no more than two people in the apartment please, and no visitors/parties.

I’ve lived in Bushwick for 15 years and this apartment for 5. I work in nonprofits focused on environmental sustainability and conservation. I love taking advantage of all the arts and live performances that NYC has to offer. I will be traveling with a mix of personal and professional commitments for the month of June, mainly in Europe.
