Hi! The room is located in the back of a 3 bedroom apartment. The unit is on the third floor of a building, it is the top unit. Lots of space and light in the bedroom. Shared living, kitchen, and one shared bathroom. You would be living with two other people, they are very respectful roommates. Walking distance to the L and J/M lines, very close to Maria Hernandez park. As of now, both roommates are planning on resigning so there is a potential for a a lease takeover at the end of the sublet term
