I'm looking for a female-identifying, non-binary, and/or queer roommate for this two-bedroom, two-office, one bath apartment in prime Williamsburg. This would be for a one-year lease starting July 15, and the rent is $2,500, not including utilities. The rent will be pro-rated from July 15-July 31 and then regular rent starts August 1.

About the room and office:

It's a huge, sunny room with a private entrance. The room has three windows and one wall of exposed brick. There's a large closet, and you would also have full use of the hallway closet.
The office is located next to your room and has one sunny window.

About the apartment:

The apartment is located in a prime Williamsburg location, 9-minute walk from the Bedford L, 12-minute from the Marcy J, M, Z, and 14-minute from the Lorimer/Metropolitan G. The space is a sunlit railroad-style apartment with two entrances; one leads to the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and one of the offices. The second entrance leads to a hallway closet, your bedroom, and your office. The living room and kitchen are partially furnished, and I'm open to whatever furniture you may have. There’s a communal television with streaming services in the living room. Utilities (ConEd, National Grid, Spectrum WiFi) are an average of $128/month.

The building has only three units, and the second-floor unit is occupied by the landlord's cousin. I've lived in the apartment for 3 1/2 years, and the fourth-floor roommate has lived in the building as long as I have, possibly longer! She's very nice and quiet for the most part. The building itself is pretty quiet. The landlord is pretty responsive and very nice.
