Hello! We're Maya and Lorenzo! We live in NYC and we are out of town for the first fifteen days in July.

***our home***

Our apartment is a second-floor walk-up at the end of a quiet block. We are nestled in the borderlands of East Williamsburg and Bushwick, conveniently near the L, M, J, and G trains, linking you to pretty much anywhere. Our neighborhood has great restaurants, lots of grocery stores to choose from, as well as cafes and bars. We live off of Graham avenue where you can find pretty much anything (dollar stores, Italian food, puerto Rican food, etc. etc.). Our place doesn't have laundry but there is a great and cheap laundromat around the corner.

Our place is charming and filled with books and art with hardwood floors throughout. We have been living here for years and have made it very comfortable. High-speed wifi is also included. We keep the place clean and tidy. Our living room has a projector and pull-down screen, all hooked up to a PS4 with a killer sound system and all of the streaming services. Our kitchen is small but filled with everything you could possibly need. We love to cook so there are plenty of appliances and cooking tools. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is small, but hey, it's New York! (And there's a bathtub!)

Cleaning fees and utilities are included.

Lorenzo (he/him) is from Venice, Italy and works as a graphic designer. Maya (she/her) is from the SF Bay-area and works as an artist and photographer. We both love to travel, cook, explore the outdoors, and go to museums and other cultural events.
