Hello!

I had a sublet fall through for my apartment for the month of July. It’s last minute so I’m also open to any amount of time (up to one month) that you need. The building is a newer high rise on Tompkins avenue with a gym, laundry, rec room and study room. I live with a quiet friend in his 30s who will often be out or downstairs at his girlfriend’s apartment. The room has a queen bed with a decent closet and a small balcony. The apartment is two bedroom, two bathroom so you would have your own bathroom. I love this apartment so I’m looking for a respectful, clean person to stay while I’m gone. Our kitchen has all new appliances and we have a large tv with every streaming service available. The neighborhood is amazing- we live next to a nice supermarket and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants.

Both my roommate Daniel and I are former collegiate runners; we met on the team at the university of Oregon. We both coach track now as a profession and have other hobbies and interests. Daniel is kind and funny, but is often out of the house as he has a busy schedule. We are very close so I want him to be comfortable with whoever stays here- someone kind, clean, and respectful. I’m traveling for the month so I’m hoping to fill my room for the time being. We won’t tolerate any racism, homophobia, transphobia, or prejudice of any kind. Daniel uses he/him pronouns and I use she/they pronouns.
