We’re the current leaseholders and will be moving into a new home nearby in mid-June. We’ve genuinely loved living here. The apartment has been a place of calm and beauty in the middle of the city. It feels spacious and airy, with light that shifts throughout the day and spectacular views.
We were drawn to this apartment for the light and layout, but we were blown away by the amenities and ease. Having a rooftop pool, gym, co-working spaces, and even a screening room just an elevator ride away has been a real gift, especially when working from home or hosting friends.
We also can’t say enough about the location. Being right next to Atlantic Terminal means you can get anywhere in the city easily and quickly. Prospect Park, great coffee, and grocery stores are all within walking distance.
We’ll be showing the apartment ourselves and are happy to answer any questions about the space, the building, or the neighborhood. This is a direct lease takeover (no broker involved) and you’ll finalize everything directly with the building.
