I am looking for a new roommate in this gorgeous sunny 2br apt in Bed-Stuy/Clinton Hill. The apartment is in the 4th floor of a walk-up building, with hardwood floors, a dishwasher, access to a rooftop, and lots of house plants.

3 min walk to Franklin Ave station on C/S trains
7 min walk to Nostrand state on express A train
10 min walk to Nostrand LIRR

There are lots of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and bars around. Move in date flexible between June 1-10. Rent is $1550 + utilities (~$100/month). The room is currently furnished (has a mattress, bed frame, standing desk, shelves), but if you don't want the furniture, my current roommate will empty the room before she leaves.

I am a 30 year-old nonprofit professional woman who mostly works from home. I travel for work twice a month. I have a very active social life and I am out and about most evenings. I prefer to have my peace and quiet in the apartment, but also enjoy hosting friends over sometimes. I am vegetarian but ok with a non-veg roommate. I am environmentally conscious, recycle and compost, and only buy zero-waste products. I mostly cook at home.
