my room in my 2br apartment right off of Franklin Ave by the 2,3,4,5 and S is up for grabs. If you know the area in crown heights Franklin has most of the good restaurants and we’re a block from grocery stores and laundry.

I pay $1500 plus utilities, my room has big windows with lots of light and a living room that is attached (my roommate doesn’t use it). Full sized kitchen and bathroom are shared. Roommate has 2 small dogs so pet friendly :).

Looking for someone who can move in anytime on or after June 8 and the lease goes until March 31 2026
