We’re looking for someone to take over our apartment in Clinton Hill, as we’re moving back to Colombia this summer.
It’s a bright, quiet 2-bedroom at 10 Lexington Ave.
A space that’s been an easy, sunny, and peaceful home for us.
What we’ll miss most is the balcony. It faces the trees and has been our favorite spot for morning coffee. The apartment gets beautiful natural light all day, very calm and quiet street—something that’s rare to find.
The living room is open and filled with light, and the kitchen has an island that’s been our spot for cooking, working, and gathering friends. There’s also a dishwasher, and both bedrooms have their own closets.
Every room has independent AC units, so you can keep the space comfortable all year.
The building has an elevator, laundry in the basement, package room, bike parking, and optional gym access. Plus, the super lives on-site—always around and super helpful.
It’s on a peaceful block, just a short walk to the G and C trains, and about 15 minutes to Fort Greene Park, which has been our go-to for weekend strolls and the farmers market.

We’re also open to leaving or selling some of our furniture—if anything catches your eye, we can arrange details.

We’re Santiago and Eri, originally from Colombia and living in Brooklyn for the past few years. We’ve loved making this apartment our home, but we’re relocating back to Colombia this summer for family and work reasons.
We’re the current leaseholders, and since our lease runs until January 30, this would be a lease takeover directly with the management company—no broker involved.
We’re still living in the apartment, so we’ll be the ones showing the space and coordinating everything directly with anyone interested.
We’ve really cared for this home and would love to pass it on to someone who’ll enjoy it as much as we have.
