a one bedroom apartment with washer and dryer, and juliette balcony in the center of one of the most sought after blocks in downtown manhattan.

it’s a true one bedroom, one bath, with full bath— fully furnished and equipped with brand new ‘our place’ appliances like the wonder over. ample storage. lots of light.

it’s on the 6th floor in an elevator building. it’s a coop so a mix of families and younger couples, and all the neighbors are very quiet (and I am looking for a tenant who will be as well). super on site and fixes any issues FAST, although so far the apartment has had none.

the apartment is in the heart of dimes square, steps away from unparalleled dining and shopping. le dive, dimes, kikis, parcelle, cervos, swan room, sunns, elbow bread. le gaz coffee is one minute walk and the best coffee in downtown right now.

metrograph is across the street and seward park at the end of the block is gorgeous.

I am a designer that lives elsewhere for portions of the year, and I have lots of things I care deeply about in my apartment so I need to find someone who would respect the space and my belongings. My neighbors are quiet and respectful and even though the neighborhood has a lively nightlife scene I really need to find someone who is not going to bring the party home, and views the apartment as more of a sanctuary.

The dates are definitely flexible. I could potentially start earlier and can definitely extend past September, so shoot me a message even if this timeline isn’t exactly what you need.
