This Visual Artist studio is located in LIC. Close to many subways. One block from the F train at 21st street/queensbridge stop, 10 min walk from Queensboro Plaza 7, N, W trains, 15 min walk from Court Square 7, G, E, V.

The studio is 250 sqft all utilities included in rent , heat, electric, and water. The space has 11.5ft ceilings and wood floors with overhead storage built in. It's located on the 4th floor. There is 24 hour access and a freight elevator to our floor right outside our door to get larger things in and out. This private studio is located in a larger space with 4 other professional artist studios. We all share a small kitchen with a slop sink and bathroom.

It is a quiet professional environment, a great space for a painter to create.
