Coffee shop Saint Michel is right across the street, and a fantastic, clean 24-hr laundromat is around the corner.

Our names are Patrick (he/him) and Carlie (she/her). We're artists and servers in Brooklyn. This apartment is our current home and we love it very much. We rent this apartment, and will work with our landlord to write up a sublet agreement for you! Carlie is a ceramicist with a shared studio space in Ridgewood.
