Featuring a large living/dining space with a calming view of its 2 acre grass/forest property, this home has 1.5 baths, full-size washer/dryer, WiFi, cable, and a cook's kitchen. There are AC units both bedrooms and common spaces.

We are two creatives/teachers, and this is our home (not a financial asset) so it comes fully furnished with towels and sheets, fully-stocked kitchen cook- and diningware, as well as our knick-knacks, books, artwork, etc. It also comes with outdoor patio furniture and gas grill for outdoor dining, a hammock and a full stock of lawn games: corn hole, giant Jenga, and bocce.

We invite you to enjoy it as is, and settle into a relaxing month 15 minutes from DIA Beacon, 30 minutes from Storm King, and 45-60 minutes from Kingston, Saugerties, Rhinebeck, Catskill, dozens of hikes and so many more Hudson River Valley spots. Fresh fruit can be purchased from an orchard down the road.

This location requires a car, and we are willing to rent our Subaru Forester—parked at the Beacon Metro North station— for an additional cost.
