This is an airy, two-story, 1,700 sq ft space has unique features including a double-height living room, original barn wood beams, wood and slate tile floors, and a stone fireplace with a wood stove insert. It's a very cozy, comfortable space with amazing natural light.

Note that my place shares a wall with a separate two-story unit -- a part-time, quiet, respectful adult. For that reason, large groups and musicians wanting to rehearse unfortunately cannot be accommodated.

ABOUT THE AREA
90 mins drive from Manhattan. This is a lovely place to live (and work from home) on a short, peaceful road – yet you’re not totally isolated thanks to the neighbors living in the barn’s additional units. Drive just 10 minutes south and you’re in the heart of charming Stone Ridge with its shops and restaurants — or 10 minutes north and you’re at the beautiful Ashokan Reservoir. Only about 12 mins from popular Accord destinations like Westwind Orchard, Arrowood Farms, Innes, and Accord Market. 17 minutes to Rosendale, 25 minutes to Minnewaska State Park, and just under 30 minutes to Kingston, Woodstock, or New Paltz. About 40 minutes to Belleayre or Hunter Mountains for skiing.
