My partner and I are subletting our furnished apartment for 2 months while we spend some time out of town for the summer. There is some flexibility with the dates.

We really love this place. It's a big 2BR with a lot of natural light, dishwasher, fire escape, and laundry in the building's basement. It's the third floor of the building, but only two sets of stairs.

We use the second bedroom as a spare room / office but you're welcome to use it as another bedroom, workout room, office, etc.

The location is amazing! You're about 7 mins walking from Franklin Ave where there are a ton of great restaurants, cafes, and small businesses. The apartment is an equidistant walk from the Nostrand Ave A/C, the Nostrand Ave 3, the Park Pl S, and the Franklin Ave 2/3/4/5. There is a grocery store right down the block and multiple others within a 10-15 min walk.

We really love our home and are excited to open it up to someone who wants to care for the space and call it home for these two months :)

My partner and I are filmmakers. I've been living in Brooklyn for 4 years. For the last two and a half years, I've been in this apartment and neighborhood :) We do have two cats who lives in the apartment with us but we will all be out of the apartment for the two months and we will clean the apartment thoroughly before handing it over so cat hair / etc. will be totally disposed of!
