This is a furnished, light filled loft apartment on the border of Clinton Hill / Bed-Stuy. Open kitchen living/dining with huge windows, and two small rooms. Each has bed, wardrobe and storage, and one room has a desk (it is a smaller room more suited as home office or guests). I keep it clean and minimal. The kitchen is well stocked. The wardrobes, and drawers will be empty.

The neighborhood is great. Sits on the border of Clinton Hill and Bed Stuy, and is walking distance to many great bars, and restaurants, and Fort Greene Park. The train is two blocks away.

The rent included utilities, including air conditioning (there are two fixed window air conditioners). There is laundry in the building, internet, HBO, Prime, Hulu, Netflix. This is a pet friendly apartment. The building itself is laid back people, maintained, clean and friendly. If you like plants and are willing to water them, the plants can stay.

This is a month to month, with potential to extend, with priority for those interested in filling for longer term. The start and end date is a little flexible. Preference given to persons interested in the full summer.
