My partner and I will be away on a trip and are looking to sublet our fully furnished 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in the heart of Echo Park during May 15–24. The apartment is bright, spacious, and full of charm—perfect for someone needing a temporary home in a walkable, vibrant neighborhood.

We’re just up the stairs from the Echo Park pool, Laveta Café, Clark St. Bakery, and One Down Dog on Glendale Blvd. It’s also an easy stroll to Echo Park, Vista Hermosa Park and Sunset Blvd, with quick access to the 101 (Glendale Blvd exit) and 110 (3rd St exit).

The apartment includes:

- 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one bed/bath upstairs, one downstairs)
- Spacious, well-stocked kitchen
- Central A/C
- On-site washer/dryer
- Loft workspace with downtown views
- Tons of natural light with sunrise and sunset views

Please note: The unit is not accessibility-friendly—one flight of stairs to enter, and the apartment is split between two levels.

About This Lister

I am living here with my partner, we are both LA natives. I work from home and have a pretty nice WFH setup and my partner works outside of the home. We love to cook so the kitchen is set up for that but if that's not your jam there are so many awesome restaurants we can recommend to you in the neighborhood.

We live in the apartment with our tiny cat, who will be away during your stay but just as a fair warning for anyone with pet allergies. We have a good amount of plants and are very clean and tidy and like to keep our space that way. We also have 3 air purifiers in the space because of how large it is.

The space will be professionally cleaned before and after your stay.

Payment due in full upfront to confirm booking

Responsible for any damages during stay

Requiring a $300 deposit that is fully refundable upon move out
