4th floor walkup, comfortable 1 bedroom with a queen bed futon inside a 2 bed apartment (I'll be using the second bedroom as storage while I'm away). Utilities included in the rent.

Living room has comfortable sofa, dining table and small kitchen with usual amenities (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, kettle). Bedroom fits the bed and has a decent closet and mirror, otherwise a fairly minimal space. I have lots of plants that need a weekly water, but are pretty unfussy. Each room has a ceiling height heater/air conditioner that you can operate with a remote. Coin laundry and bike rack in basement.

10 minute walk to the J and M train (Myrtle Av Broadway), 20 minute walk to the G train (Myrtle Wyckoff). Opposite a B38 bus stop taking you to downtown BK in 30 mins.

It's just down from a firehouse so about two times a day you can hear sirens fairly loudly, but if you're used to general New York sound then you'll probably find this to be a very quiet apartment otherwise. Two blocks from grocery store, bodegas on each corner.
