I’m looking for a new roomie for my beautiful 4B, 2Fl Duplex Apt in Williamsburg starting mid-July for atleast 1Y! It’s the most magnificent apt I’ve lived in NY, right by Graham Ave and Brooklyn Steel.

Hi there! I’m originally from SF, then moved to LA for uni and been in NY for the last 4 years 😊

At my core, I am a super sweet, considerate, funny, and loving individual. Really resonate with the work hard play hard mentality - I’m typically working from 8-8/9pm but sometimes longer during planning cycles (end of every quarter). But on weekends / after work, I love connecting and hanging with friends, going out to a show or music event, or having a cozy intimate and connected gathering. I’m a big traveler, foodie, Netflix/HBO/tv series junkie 😅

As for living style, I’m a tidy and considerate person esp with shared spaces and love to understand what’s comfortable for me + my roommate. Down to hire a cleaning lady if easier! Typically prefer to not have events or friends over M-W as those are busiest days of the work week. However; if friends are coming over, I like checking in before and making sure that’s okay with my roommate. I enjoy making and nurturing home as a cozy haven - Sunday brunch, movie nights, reading by the window - overall am a super chill and flexible roommate that also loves to have connective experiences and social gatherings when timing allows :)
