I’m looking for someone to rent out my space long term. This is a very special space that has taken years to decorate with items sourced from all over the world. It’s located right by Elysian Park and is walkable to many neighborhood restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, photo studios, etc. Truly an amazing location and a charming space.
This is a 1.5 bedroom, I use the small extra room (.5) as a large closet but it is perfectly suitable for a desk/office situation (not shown in pictures). You’re welcome to use it as whatever you’d prefer. There’s an outdoor balcony and a lovely community of neighbors. There is no in unit laundry, but I have a great gal who comes and picks up and can return day of. There is no AC (unit is shaded and tends to stay cool).

Open to shorter term rentals. Pets are ok.
