I have been the current tenant for the past 11 years, sadly my current roommate will be leaving.



You'd pay $1,100 to the landlord and we split the bills/utilities and your half would come to $115, so that totals $1,215.

It’s a 1920s duplex with a spacious front porch and decent backyard in Boyle Heights,

Your fully furnished bedroom has a Murphy bed and air conditioning unit already and a separate studio/office about the same size in garage in the back.


The smaller bedroom is about 118 sq. ft., other bedroom is closer to 170 sq. ft., and the studio is also about 110 sq. Ft, but we can re-arrange the whole place whichever suits us best. The larger bedroom would be slightly more at $1,250 (or $1,365 when incl. split utilities)
