Hello! I'm looking for a short-term rental in Los Angeles, ideally in the following areas:
- Santa Monica
- Venice
- Playa Del Rey
- Marina Del Rey
- Brentwood
- Sawtelle
- Mar Vista

I currently live on the east coast, but I am looking to move to Los Angeles this summer, so this short-term rental would be a place for me to stay while I look for a longer-term living situation in LA.

I am open to a furnished or unfurnished space.
I am also open to a 1 bedroom apartment rental, or a shared apartment rental situation with roommates.

Price Range: $2,000 a month maximum.

I am looking for a rental that is in a walkable neighborhood, near grocery stores, cafes, parks, etc.

I have 1 small dog who is ESA (emotional support animal) certified, so this rental must be pet-friendly.

I am a very clean & respectful tenant and roommate, and my dog is very well-behaved and has stayed with me in Airbnbs & rentals many times before.

For fun, I love riding my cruiser board, doing yoga, and swimming in the ocean. Although I'm still a newbie, I have been taking surf lessons recently, so I hope to continue that in Los Angeles.

I prefer my living space to be a place where I can relax & unwind at the end of the day. I keep my living space clean, and I don't throw big parties. I tend to be a morning person, so quiet hours would be respected.

I tend to be more introverted, but since I'll be new to LA, I do also want to explore the city and meet new people!
