I'm looking for a short-term lease (around 8 months) from August 1 2025 - April 1 2026. I can be a little flexible with the dates. I'd prefer a furnished space. I currently live in East Falls, but I'm open to moving anywhere in the city if the place is right.

My budget for a furnished, 1+ bedroom space is around $2000 and for a shared space/room is around $1,000.

I'm Emily and I'm a graduate student at Jefferson University East Falls campus. My graduate program has a unique schedule where I will be moving to Scotland to finish my studies mid spring semester. I don't have any pets, I'm in my mid-thirties and I spend most of my time at school. I'm studying textile design and very much appreciate spaces that have good natural light and are furnished intentionally.

I just moved to Philly last year for school and I go back to Richmond, VA quite often to visit my family.
