• Private furnished bedroom, with option for twin/king bed, closet and desk. Bathroom shared with 1 person.

Amazing location in Highland Park, northeast LA. Fancy bodega, Tropicana/Burritos La Palma, on the corner and natural wine bar, Sam's Place, down the street. A short walk to everything you could want on Figueroa—Lodge Room, Civil Coffee, Kitchen Mouse, Kinship yoga, Metro stop, etc. Walkable to York and generally gorgeous for neighborhood walks.

The cat: We share the space with our very chill and self-sufficient indoor/outdoor cat, Thomas.

Accessibility note: 3 front steps to enter the house and then 2 steps into the kitchen/bathroom.
