Fully furnished, hardwood floors in living room, carpet in bedroom. Lots of plants, very clean. Full size bed (can upgrade to queen / king).

All utilities including wifi are included. Washer / dryer in building. Includes parking spot in garage. Some noise from the back of the shops / parking lot behind the building.
