1,500 sq ft townhouse style apartment from the 1920s with many original details. The house is full of design pieces, antiques, and a 9 ft floating bookcase. You would be sharing the space with my roommate. We are an artist and a journalist, late 20s, male.

I am traveling so you would take my bedroom, the bigger of the two. You would be sharing a bathroom. Roommate works hybrid in-office/remote so we would prefer someone who would be working out of the house. There are plenty of cafes nearby if you do work remote.
