I'm subletting my 1 bedroom garden apartment, in a brownstone at Vanderbilt and Prospect Place, for 5 weeks at the end of summer. It's heaven, have lived there for four years now. Large living room with desk, entry way, eat in kitchen, dishwasher and laundry, backyard, etc. 7 minute walk to trains as well as Prospect Park. All utilities and wifi included in the price. No pets or smoking, please, but otherwise happy to rent it to someone in need of a getaway or temporary living situation.
3200 for August, 3800 for Aug 1-Sept 7.
