Two-Bedroom Duplex Across from the Beach in Longport

Longport is a quiet, residential town at the southern tip of Absecon Island — next to Margate and just down the coast from Atlantic City. Its beaches are wide and open, with soft sand and gentle dunes that give them a natural, unspoiled feel, especially in the early morning or late afternoon light.

The condo duplex is located directly across the street from the beach, as well as tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a large playground. It’s a low-key part of town — not a party scene — and suits anyone looking for a slower pace.

Downstairs, there’s an open living area with two couches and a TV. The kitchen is fully functional, with a dishwasher, and there’s a table for meals or working. Just off the kitchen is a laundry area with a washer and dryer, along with a half bathroom. The space gets great light through a full wall of windows.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with large sliding windows, built-in closet space, and drawers. The rooms are simply furnished and the beds are comfortable. The full bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower (no tub). A spiral staircase connects the two floors — it’s sturdy but may not be ideal for toddlers or anyone with mobility issues.

Outside is a patio with a table — perfect for coffee in the morning or a spritz in the evening.

Discount available for stays longer than one week including for the housekeeping fee, which is $120 for a week stay.
