Located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator, the appartment sleeps up to 6 people: it has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room (with sofabed), a spacious kitchen, two balconies and a garage.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine. Wifi and smart TV are available.
It is close to the Roman walls, in a green neighbourhood, at walking distance from Caracalla's baths, circus Maximun, Colosseum, the old Appian way.
Close-by are supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, laundries and all kind of shops. By public transport, the historical center can be reached in 15 minutes.

Former UN staff, now retired, I enjoy painting and creating with my hands furniture, lamps and other objects.
Lister's Relationship to the Space
My mother owns the apartment and I have the right to use it.
Rental requirements
A deposit of 500 $ is required in case damage is caused to the appartment, keys lost, etc. It will be returned at the end of the stay. Reduction to the weekly fee for 2 or more weeks or for monthly stays. Rome municipality requests the payment of 6 euros per persons for up to 10 days (children below 10 are exempted).
