We absolutely love our apartment. We're on the 8th floor (top floor), there is a ton of natural light, floor to ceiling windows, a private terrace, central air / heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and it is very clean and quiet.

The building has a massive rooftop (great for summer bbqs), a gym, steam room, sauna, movie theatre, golf simulator, package room, etc. The staff is extremely friendly, responsive and attentive.
