Additional Info
The building is pet-friendly
Hi! My wife and I are the current leaseholders and will be moving out of this beautiful apartment in late July. We've absolutely loved living here—it's filled with natural light, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly located in Prospect Heights. We're only leaving because we're expecting a baby and going somewhere with a bit more space.
Our favorite part of the apartment is the view—especially at sunset. We’ve got endless photos of the sky glowing over the harbor. We originally chose the building for its unbeatable location, high-quality finishes (central AC!), and incredible amenities—from the rooftop pool to the resident gym.
Either my wife or I will be showing the space. We currently live onsite and are happy to answer any questions about the apartment, building, or neighborhood. This is a direct lease takeover—no broker involved—and you'll work directly with the building’s management to finalize everything, including the option to renew starting September 1.
