We are subletting our beautiful studio apartment in a luxury building in Carroll Gardens, just 10 minutes to Manhatten by subway. It is a bright and modern studio with in-unit washer & dryer, high-end appliances, including dishwasher. The building has roof gardens with sweeping views, and fully equipped gym. Please note we live with a cat! The apartment will be professionally cleaned, but if you are allergic, this may not be the best fit. Discount available for full period, open for shorter stays as well.
