**Dates**
The start date is June 20 and must be for a minimum of one month (till July 19) for $3,800 (all utilities and other expenses are included, except for $20 application fee paid to the building). It can be available for a later move out up until Labor Day at a rate of $140/night. Please let me know in your response what move out date you are interested in.

The apartment has dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit with modern finishes and views of midtown and up the river all the way to the George Washington Bridge. Apartment has a Sonos surround system with Samsung Frame TV, espresso machine, sodastream, air fryer, popcorn machine.

Highlight of the building is a LifeTime Fitness with direct elevator access (separate month-to-month membership) which makes fitting in a workout any time of day easy. Amenities include cafe, working area, indoor/outdoor pools, basketball courts, spa services and my favorite part is the spa pool area with sauna, steam room, hot tub and cold plunge with lounge chairs.
