The apartment is on the 6th floor in a modern building with a doorman, elevator, laundry room, gym, and outdoor rooftop/terrace setup. It’s centrally located near lots of theaters, entertainment, and transit (and on the same block as a grocery store). The street itself is relatively residential/quiet, but if you go a couple blocks north or east, you're really in the heart of things! The room is available 6/1-8/31.
