There is also the potential to rent a private parking spot in the back secluded area of the building.
This apartment is on the 4th floor (top floor) of the building and is very quiet.
The apartment is close to the Dekalb L train (10 min walk) and Seneca M (7 min walk) and Bus B38.
It is next door to a laundromat and a CitiBike station, down the street from a grocery store and there is some great food and coffee shops nearby.

About This Lister

The apartment is shared with two female roommates.

Myself: I am 34 and have been working in Performing Arts for 10 years. I went back to school and am in an Urban, Community and Public Policy program. I prioritize time in nature, am engaged in community organizing and like to create be it via music, or environmental art. I'm both friendly and an introvert who needs alone time at home. I am largely gone most of the time working, going to school and being involved in the community.

The other roommate is 40 and works in tech while making modular synth/experimental music and media arts stuff and is also pretty into yoga/biking etc. She is a really friendly and outgoing but also keeps to herself. She mostly works from home in her room.

We are really accepting and kind. We keep the place uncluttered, tidy and clean. We practice (now required) composting, mindful recycling, and use earth-friendly cleaning products. We respect each other and communicate openly.
