I’m hoping to sublet my large fully furnished 2-bedroom in a Crown Heights brownstone. The apartment is on the garden level and includes hardwood floors, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a backyard.

The two rooms include one nice-sized bedroom with a queen bed and a closet, and an office room in the back of the apartment with a desk. There's also a closet in the hallway for additional storage space. The apartment has one full bathroom with a tub and an additional half bathroom.

The living room features beautiful built-ins from the 1900s and large bay windows that bring in a nice amount of light considering the garden orientation.

I share the building with my dear friends and owners of the building, who occupy the two top floors of the brownstone. They're lovely and conscientious neighbors, and we share the backyard. Between our floors, there is a hallway door separating us. (They also have two sweetheart cats upstairs that you might occasionally see peeking out the door—flagging for extreme allergies.)

Accessibility notes: There are no stairs or elevators needed to enter the apartment or access the backyard.

For one month, the rent is $3000 (including wifi & utilities).Happy to pro-rate any of May as well.
