I’m looking for someone to sublet my furnished apartment in Greenpoint starting ASAP through the end of August. There's also the option to take over the lease if you want to stay longer — we'd move out our furniture if you go that route.

The apartment is on a quiet, tree-lined street close to McCarren Park, McGolrick Park, and Williamsburg. It's a railroad-style layout with a big kitchen (dishwasher, washer, and dryer included), a furnished living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a tub and really good water pressure. There's great AC too.

The place is clean, clutter-free, and stocked with kitchen utensils and everything else you might need. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the Nassau Ave G train and there are tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops all around. The apartment is a walkup, requiring walking up two flights of stairs to get to it.

The apartment is available ASAP and the sublease would run through August. If you'd prefer to stay longer, you can also take over the lease. The place is available as long as this ad is up.
