Hi there! I’m Tatiana (26, she/her), looking for a room ideally in Clinton Hill, NW Bed-Stuy, or Fort Greene proximity — budget around $1,050/month + utilities. My lease ends June 1st, but I’m flexible and ready to begin transitioning as early as May 15th.

I work full-time as a nanny in Chelsea (Mon/Tues/Thurs) and teach weekend art classes in Park Slope and Clinton Hill — so proximity to the G and/or C trains is a must, though I’m also open to parts of Bushwick off the L. I currently live in Ridgewood, but moving west would make my commutes much smoother.

I’m quiet, respectful, rent-punctual, and keep shared spaces clean. I’m also a responsible pet parent to Maxine, my sweet 5-year-old cat (9 lbs, litter kept in my room). She mostly naps and has lived peacefully with both cats and dogs. Once she warms up, she’s a gentle cuddle bug.

I’m hoping for a longer-term setup and am open to either a sublet or signing onto a lease (with a guarantor, if needed). I’d love to live with kind, communicative folks who enjoy a peaceful space and maybe a Sunday night wind-down.
Searching for minimally or unfurnished as I have my necessities of room furniture covered! Okay with no closet; need a window, an outdoor space is a dream!

Outside of work, I’m a visual artist and musician who’s deeply inspired by storytelling, community, and creativity. I love cooking, thrifting, and cultivating a calm, cozy home vibe. I’m also working toward going to school for music engineering and production, with the long-term goal of creating accessible, uplifting spaces for creative expression — especially for queer folks and communities of color.

I’m a calm, patient, and proactive communicator who values mutual respect and care in shared living. I don’t believe in passive-aggression — I prefer to approach any co-living dynamics with thoughtfulness, compassion, and an open mind. I deeply appreciate living with others who are kind, honest, and conscientious, and who also enjoy time to themselves.
