Grocery stores a few minutes away. Separate ground floor entrance, hardwood floors, central AC, front patio and backyard, fully renovated kitchen with dishwasher and in-unit washer dryer. Both bedrooms have full size beds and closets, one has its own separate bathroom and the other has a large desk and a door to the backyard. There is a current subletter through the end of August who requested the second bedroom bed be removed to make space for their studio, but that can be put back in or left out depending on your needs.
