There are two living rooms in the space (one with amazing wood paneling-- major vintage charm), an eat-in kitchen (with a dishwasher), two full bathrooms (one with a washing machine, it's so convenient to have laundry in the apartment). There is also a back porch and a large private backyard garden.
It's definitely an older apartment with quirks, though overall solidly-constructed, with appliances that work well.

The apartment is a 1250 sq. ft. 3-bedroom that allows for personal space and privacy. (Especially as we have no neighbors living above us!) The vibe here is friendly, sometimes social though respectful of each other's space. Just looking for a kind person who is mature and willing to share responsibility for keeping the apartment in good order, feeling like a home. (Bonus points for interest in the arts/music/film/culture.)

We have a harmonious living situation, and we're looking forward to sharing the space with a warm, communicative and accountable person.
