I'm subletting my bright, park-view bungalow in Ocean Park, Santa Monica. Perfect for a single person or couple looking to get a true summer experience on west side in LA. I'm looking to sublet beginning May 14 for at least 1 month, and am willing to consider up to 3 months.

Humbly, I believe this is the best location on the west side of LA (Venice / SM / MDR) for a few reasons.

--The park is incredible
-- 4 blocks from the beach; walking distance, but far enough from raucous
-- 2 blocks from Main St.; best street on west side
-- Venice is less than half-mile away; same bungalow experience, but SM cleanliness
-- Less than a mile from Downtown SM and highway; tourist crowd is not nearby
-- Private, quiet space with a ton of greenery and fresh air ocean breeze

Other perks:
-- 4K OLED TV
-- West Elm Couch
-- Standing Desk with Duel Monitors
-- Xbox Series X

My place is pet free and I get cleaners monthly. Only downsides are lack of dishwasher and washer/dryer.
