It has it's own private front entrance, a living roo/ kitchen area with large cooker and one queen-size bedroom. The apartment has two windows (and an A/C) while the bedroom has no window, it has a glass door leading into the living room area, which has large reclining sofas.
It has a nice bathroom with shower only, no bath, and a walk-in closet area for clothes.

Access to a backyard is available. It is shared with a family upstairs who have two boys who like to also play outside after school.
The neighbourhood had a Stop-and-Shop supermarket about a 10 minute walk, a laundrymat, Burgerking, shops and bars. The Queens Center Mall is about a 20 minute walk.

A Q47 bus is 1 minute walk from the house, takes you to the 7 train at 69th st or 74th st, or you can walk 15mins to the R and M train from Grand Ave/Newton to the city (or change at 74th st for other routes). You can be make it to the city in about 40mins.

Only quiet and respectful applicants need apply, and preferably females. This is a family home, not a place for gatherings or parties.

Rent in full on moving in and desposit.
Can be rented for just over 3 weeks (July 1st to July 24th) or we can negotiate a 2 week sublet, possible 4 week.. I can be flexible for the right person!

I am a clean and quiet person, who keeps the apartment organised. I have plenty of cooking utensils, plates and can provide you with bedding and a towel.
I have a projector you can use for those who have a laptop and a big wall to display on. I do not have a tv for this reason.
