Room fits a full/queen bed. Ceiling AC unit with personal thermostat. Two roommates are friendly and mellow. There’s a sweet cat that lives here too. There’s a washer/dryer in the unit.

My roommates are friendly and calm. One is a publication designer and works from home, has a small cat. My other roommate is in the non profit field, and works two days in the office and the rest from home. They separately like to cook throughout the week but are flexible on timing. They like to go out and don’t bring the party home. This is a home of acceptance and tolerance so no racism, homophobia or transphobia is welcome.
