Looking to sublet my Park Slope apartment for two months during the summer - June 13 through August 12 (with some flexibility on dates).
It's an old school NYC apartment, 4th floor walk-up, but quiet and cozy; one bedroom, good for 1 person or a couple, sunny and bright, with 4 big windows; one block away from Prospect Park, 2 blocks from subway & 15 min. ride to Manhattan. It's close to many shops and restaurants on one of the nicest blocks in the city.
The apt. is fully furnished, and my stuff will still be there, but you will have shelves, drawers and a closet for use.

Ideally you are quiet, will be respectful of my neighbors & can keep the plants alive. Security deposit and rent would be paid up front & I will need a copy of your ID for verification purposes.
