Looking to swap our Brooklyn place for your upstate NY.!It feels good here and we think you’ll like it! Lots of light, stained glass, king-sized temperpedic mattress, open kitchen, bathtub, outdoor space with dreamy trees, office, A/C in living room and bedroom, projector, record player, laundry in the basement. Walk-up (2 flights) brownstone — top floor so it’s extra quiet. On a beautiful block 5 minute (or less?) walk to the A (express) train at Nostrand Ave & 15 minutes to the G train. All sorts of sweet stuff nearby — restaurants, bars, parks. Flexible with dates in July and August if these dates don’t work. Down to swap for shorter or longer stays … including after the summer ;)
