We are looking for a non-smoking, non-pet tenant to sublet our apartment from June 17-August 29. The two bedroom apartment is in a high-rise, doorman building centrally located in Greenwich Village, near all the subways. The apartment is on a high floor with panoramic views West and South. Air conditioning, Verizon Fios Wi-Fi, and utilities included, laundry in basement. There is a large living room facing west, the bedroom has a queen bed with a desk/work nook. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Kitchen is well equipped, gas stove/oven and a dishwasher, microwave. This is fully furnished. There will be some closet space available.
