*Cat care required for this sublet*

Hello! My partner and I are looking for a subletter for ~2.5 weeks this summer. This sublet would also include cat care, so the rent would be reduced. The reduced rent is $1,200 for the full time period (17 days, June 18/19-July 6).

About the Apartment:
* Fully furnished. Includes bedding, dishes, cooking essentials, etc. (no dishwasher)
* 1 bedroom (spacious enough for a couple)
* Separate dining room and living room
* 2 Midea window AC units controlled via phone. They work super well to keep the apartment cool.
* Peloton!
* Just 2 blocks from Prospect Park
* Less than a 5-minute walk to F/G trains (7th Ave stop)
* Friendly, quiet neighbors
* Located in the beautiful Park Slope neighborhood with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Laundromat is on the same block.
* Very quiet at night

About the Cat:
* Meet Taika! He’s a shy, 5-year-old cat. We think he never learned how to meow, so he’s very quiet.
* Taika is super low-key and independent. He has an automatic feeder for 2/3 meals and water fountain. He can be pretty aloof, but likes to be pet occasionally. He loves bird watching and play time.
* Care for Taika would involve taking care of the litter box, giving him a can of wet food every day, and playing with him occasionally. Even though he may not be the most cuddly lap cat, he is very friendly and gets lonely so we would just love to have someone there while we’re gone.

* The apartment is available from June 19-July 5 with a bit of flexibility.
* We’re offering a discounted rate in exchange for looking after Taika, so some cat experience is preferred.
