Looking for a part-time roommate for the second bedroom in my Windsor Terrace apartment — perfect for someone who lives upstate and needs a place in Brooklyn about 10–15 days a month for a smoother commute.

The apartment is a sunny 2-bedroom, 1-bath just off the F/G Fort Hamilton stop. Prospect Park is five minutes away, and the neighborhood is full of great restaurants, cozy coffee spots, and quiet, tree-lined streets. Super easy street parking, too.

The available room is set up as a guest room/office with two lofted twin beds and a built-in desk, but it comfortably fits a queen on the lower level. There’s also a walk-in closet with lots of storage.

This is my home — with personal things I’ve picked up over time — so I’m looking for someone kind, considerate, and easygoing who’ll treat the space with care. My sweet dog Oslo and friendly cat Nico (pictured) live here too.

Available July–August, with the option to extend.
